Black Willow Dryad
A 'dryad' is a tree spirit, and some of the most mysterious, watchful denizens of Faery. Traditionally, the name dryad applies to oak spirits - but in modern times, it has come to be used for any tree. This dryad is sculpted into real black willow wood and mounted onto a cut of aged New Hampshire cedar.
Her entire piece of wood stands 13 inches tall. You can view of snippet of me sculpting Black Willow Dryad's face on the NH Chronicle's May 1st episode! $145.00
