SALES POLICIES
Pricing: Pricing in each listing does not include shipping. See below information on shipping on how to calculate the shipping of an item (it varies by item).
Payment Methods: Payment is through paypal or money order. If you wish to pay by money order, please do not click the "buy now" button or you will be directed to pay through paypal. Please contact us (link above) and let us know what item you would like to purchase through money order. We will give you the mailing address and reserve the item for you. The item will be reserved for you for 2 weeks only. If we do not receive the money order within 2 weeks, the item will be relisted in the shop.
Wholesale: Wholesale to Brick and Mortar shops is available. Please contact us for the terms. Resellers agree not to sell The Silver Branch creations online.
Refunds and Exchanges: I'm sorry, but I do not accept refunds or exchanges at this time since I am a single artist business and each creation takes a great deal of time. I also pride myself on careful shipping. However, should a matter arise, and you have any problems with your item, please contact me so that I may have the opportunity to improve the situation if possible. Thank you!

SHIPPING POLICIES
Timing and Pricing: I work very hard to get orders out right away. All orders include tracking. Non-custom faery wing earrings and necklaces are generally shipped within 2 business days (not including holidays). To get a shipping estimate, click "buy now" which will take you to your check out via paypal. Simply put your zipcode in the "estimate postage" section on the left side of your screen to get the shipping cost. You have not bought the listing until you have put in your account information into paypal. Simply leave the screen to clear your cart.
Within the USA, the estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days from the date I send the package out. Packages outside the USA generally take up to 2 weeks in transit (some countries, like Italy, can take up to 3 weeks due to their country's customs procedures, but this is rare.)
Expedited: ***Faster shipping is available within the USA only. If you would like priority, 2 day or overnight shipping, please contact me BEFORE purchasing the listing so that I may adjust the shipping cost accordingly.****
Insurance: Larger sculptures and orders are insured with delivery confirmation - both at no additional shipping cost to the buyer. International shipments can only be protected by the customs forms, sorry. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
